    i got some vtech toys for my baby boy, and also a spiderman type lego thingy which is perfect for step son as he had fantastic 4 one last year lol

    Huddersfield HB had two different brands of hair clippers today - both retail for around £30, and were being sold for between £8 and £10.

    Just a note of warning-the Stockton branch has Trivial Pursuit 6 for sale at £8.99(RRP £24.99). I've just opened the one I bought on Saturday and its the American version-all the question are about America. I was going to take it back but I don't know whether its a good enough reason that I don't know a thing about the USA! Do you think they should have had a notice up saying it's the U.S. version?

    Not sure if anyone as added this, but Home & Bargain have the Peppa Pig Play house that you colour in yourself, I bought one of these from boots a few weeks ago for £15.00 at home and bargain they are £5.99!!!!

    DebbieR - I would take it back if your not happy with it, explaining the reasons that you stated here. I have taken an item back once and they were fine about it.

    However, they do sell lots of American items in the shop, last year they had Bob the Builder toys with American voices and currently selling a Sorry game that is American. Personally I like this as I can find things that I couldn't normally get, but I do know to look at the item now if its something I haven't seen or not quite sure about.

    Was at Asda Burnden Park today and the massive empty unit between Asda and JJB now has a 'Coming Soon "Home Bargains"!' sign in the window.

    They seem to be having a big store opening spree at the moment. They have opened a good few in Wales. Someone posted here about the Barry one and I also know of one in Caerphilly, and one in Newport.
