I'm confused. I understnad that Home Bargains are the same as Quality Save and yet I cannot find my local store in Chorlton, Manchester on the Storefinder on the HB website. I have also looked for the other Manchester Quality Save store in Stretford and it's not there either. Are they the same? The logo looks familiar on their website. If it is the same as Quality Save then I love that store. I buy my main food groceries in the supermarket, then I get my fruit/Veg n the cheap local grengrocer then I head to Quality save for my toiletires and other little impulsive finds I see in there. I always come out with a bagful of stuff and it always seems to come to less than a tenner....no matter what I buy. LOL

GOOGLE is a wonderful thing you know !!!!!!

May be similar and stock the same products but your shops are on >>> http://www.qualitysave.co.uk/stores.html

    and according to http://www.qualitysave.co.uk/about.html

"Quality Save was founded 35 years ago by Bob Rudkin. He started off with a Indoor market stall in Walkden and a small single unit shop in Farnworth. Quality Save are now trading from 21 stores, in Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire and Yorkshire, employing over 300 staff."

Your Manchester stores are not listed at http://www.homebargains.co.uk/

and according to their "About Us"

"Tom Morris founded T J Morris Ltd approximately 30 years ago when he opened his first store in Old Swan, Liverpool. Tom comes from a retailing family that has run shops for over two generations.

From these humble beginnings the company has grown to over 140 stores and now employs more than 4,000 staff, making it one the largest companies on Merseyside."

The Quality Save/Home Bargains thing is weird - they have the same colour and style of logo and sell exactly the same stuff, but do seem to have different owners. Also my local shop is a Quality Save, but I have seen boxes with TJ Morris printed on the side. Sinbin, get down to Home Bargains in Stretford or there's a big one on the retail park near Sainsbury's in Salford - I promise it is exactly the same as Quality Save (only they don't pack your bag for you.

Nice Cadbury's Easter in a Box packs today - mini eggs, small Easter egg, biggish choc bunny, creme egg - £1.50. Lots of medium eggs for 99p.
