For my Natwest Debt, which is £35.00, I am just going to pay the amount I owe. I am paying £5.00 per month on my DMP and am just going to pay the extra when I have it. My next debt is just over £200 and is a Barclaycard. I am paying £5.00 per month on my DMP but they are charging me approx £2.50 a month in interest! I am going to see how much I can save up and then give them a call and ask if they will accept a full and final settlement.
This is exactly why I created this thread because there didn't seem to be anything for people who are only able to pay small amounts in dribs and drabs off their debts!

its the perfect way forward :) thanks for creating the thread..it really does give encouragement :j

Not sure about the super clicks, emma, but have a look here at the YouGov site. I'd recommend it to anyone and have earned £100 over the last 4 years! Doesn't sound trememndous, but they're definitely reliable.

Well worth looking into for anyone.

    All best wishes, Sue x

Right, i'm up for a bit of this. And i'm feeling ambitious too!

    Barclaycard - £1880 outstanding

Planning to pay off roughly £160 a month for the next 13 months (Inc this December) to clear it + interest by the end of 2012. I suspect i will fall short, but i'll give it a damn good go
