Woohoo, well done Kashton and Emma. Your balances are coming down nicely. Small payments are better than no payments Kashton. Just waiting on a cheque from music magpie and then my Natwest balance will be coming down!! Keep up the debt busting:j:j:j

  • wahoo! everyone's getting the cheques coming into them! so lovely to see! ESPECIALLY before Xmas!! im determined though. i've already said to family that i havent worked hard at getting the refunds and recycling phones to raise money to clear debts to then go and spend it all on xmas and be in the same place as i was!! and probably in more debt!! BUT luckily they all agree and most are in the same boat. unable to spend out loads this xmas!! perfect :) afterall xmas isnt about the presents, i'd be happy to get no presents and to just be with faimly and friends.

You are so right Emma. I imagine that Christmas has sent many people over the edge financially over the years. I know it has become a bit of a 'competition' between parents to make sure that their child gets a better present than so and so at school. It makes my blood boil to be honest with you and I feel sorry for the kids because when they grow up they will measure materialistic things as being successful. No doubt in 15-20 years time those kids will be on these forums!!

  • Hiya,

i have always used Cash4Phones they are usually in the top price range when you compare. for example i had a blackberry bold that wasnt used they gave me £115. I also had two really badly used blackberry's that were very stratched and didnt pass the test they do and still getting a cheque for £10!! they do bank transfer and cheques. i always opt for the cheque option just in case (not a fan of putting bank details online very much).

Best yes they are very good, or going onto http://www.comparemymobile.com/ and it will show you where will give you the most money.

  • p.s they offer you a price and then you send the phone, they test it and if there are any problems they give you a counter offer you can then accept or decline. They will then either process and send you a cheque or send your phone back (this is how it works with Cash4Phones anyway) x
