I am just taking small steps at a time. I know that 1 day we will be debt free and at the same time we are living comfortably and within our means. I think it is a bit like being brainwashed, it takes time for you to get de~programmed from your old spend spend spend ways!!!!!!:D

For my Natwest Debt, which is £35.00, I am just going to pay the amount I owe. I am paying £5.00 per month on my DMP and am just going to pay the extra when I have it. My next debt is just over £200 and is a Barclaycard. I am paying £5.00 per month on my DMP but they are charging me approx £2.50 a month in interest! I am going to see how much I can save up and then give them a call and ask if they will accept a full and final settlement.
This is exactly why I created this thread because there didn't seem to be anything for people who are only able to pay small amounts in dribs and drabs off their debts!

    Hiya,

i have always used Cash4Phones they are usually in the top price range when you compare. for example i had a blackberry bold that wasnt used they gave me £115. I also had two really badly used blackberry's that were very stratched and didnt pass the test they do and still getting a cheque for £10!! they do bank transfer and cheques. i always opt for the cheque option just in case (not a fan of putting bank details online very much).

Best yes they are very good, or going onto http://www.comparemymobile.com/ and it will show you where will give you the most money.

I would just like to say thank you. I read this post, dug out three old mobiles and went onto the site.
I am now £54 richer (or I will be when it all goes through) :j
I can't put it towards my debts though as I am determined to get through Christmas without racking up more blimmin' debt. It'll buy a good few presents and I'll be able to stay away from my wages for a little bit longer. :)

I am really hoping to avoid the money hangover of Christmas and in January be able to throw every spare penny at the debts :)
    Thank you very much :)
