Hi - May I throw my hat into the ring? I have decided that 2012 is the year that I have got to get to grips with my escalating debts. My debt for this challenge is to Tesco for £3176.69.

This looks great - am I too late to join in? I've just looked at that sneaky tool that showed me how much money I'm wasting on non-essentials and I've been inspired to stop wasting and start reducing debt. My commitment for 2012 is:
1. Dad £200
2. Overdraft £500
3. Credit Card £6393 - can't clear it next year but want to get below £4000 by end of 2012# 38 Pay one debt 2012 Dec 2011, Dad - £200/£200 :T but with a tear in my eye, as Dad sadly passed away in March

I emptied my sealed jar and there was £40 in it. Then I claimed my £8 from quidco - so its a start and I am off. I think that having a definite goal in mind will keep me focussed. Next stop - ebay!:j44 day challenge
