EDF - a different problem

That's the whole point-there is no EDF Company rep on here, because EDF won't appoint one.
I've had a PM from an EDF rep before when I posted a problem, and they sorted it out for me, but stupidly I must have deleted the message so can't contact them. I assume they must have permission to do this if they are hidden on the members list?:heart2: Newborn Thread Member :heart2:

See my post above. No they don't have permission.0 -

I've just found the reply I sent to the lady who PM'd me in August and they are not showing on the members list, how can that be? Surely all members who register on this site are shown on the members list automatically? Even if they don't have permission, my priority is sorting my problem out which they did so will try and send them a message!:heart2: Newborn Thread Member :heart2:

'EDF Energy' is the hidden secret agent and you may be referring to 'Goldensock' as the EDF employee.
I think the incident I referred to came up before 'Goldensock' registered in September. Could of course be the same mole under a new username though?
Thinking about it, would an EDF secret agent be ' licensed to bill?
I'll get my coat...No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -

:rotfl: Funnily enough, the OP (who had the PM) is called Bondy. The plot thickens....0 -
Glad you got it sorted and received a letter. I'm hoping I will get a letter in the next few days with my new log in information as I do use the online account system to keep track of my useage and to check I'm not getting into debit.
Check your direct debit in your bank account. They change it (which I feel is naughty without asking for permission) It will have your new 67.... account no. so you can register. However there is no previous bill info I'm afraid. Mine just says how much I am in credit but there is no way of checking this out as far as I can see.0 -

With my surname of Bond , you want to try booking things over the phone! The best one was when me and Mr James used to book two hotel rooms. One for Mr James and one for Mr Bond!!!!!!!! Anyway , I digress.0 -
I suspect that any secret agent recruited by EDF would be more Johnny English than James Bond...No free lunch, and no free laptop0

This thread is typical of the indomitable British spirit when faced with a crisis - make humour out of it. For all our faults I really wouldn't want to be anything else but British!0
