  • I was going to say you could sell your scarf on Ebay jakes-mum, but I cant see anything similar on there so it must be a niche market.

I like it though. If I were you I would keep it and treat yourself. Its free after all. Fingers crossed the designer might make it big and you can sell it for thousands :D

I had a look too, couldnt find anything under the designers name :rotfl: Im not worried about it being worth millions later on, my nana writes the name on the bottom of all her gifts, of the person who gave it to her so that they get them back when she dies :rotfl:its quite funny picking stuff up in her house to see a little sticker on the bottom with 'jakes-grandad' or 'jakes-great aunt' :rotfl:. My dad started buying her stuff he liked as well, as he said 'I dont want a load of old carp back when she pegs it' :rotfl: Shes a funny old bird, I think i'll give it to her as my dad will hand it over for me, he has as much tact as a shovel so I know it will be produced with 'thats worth £80 you know mum' :rotfl:

  • Further update - I have claimed all my expenses for the last year from work, never usually bother as its only £3 her and £2 there, then I thought, why not do it, I don't work for free so why should I not claim work based expenses!

so shocking grand total of £387.13 expenses claimed! on top of my ebay a good day for me!

    £727.09 / £13,946 = 5%

So chuffed and this forum really spurs me on to do the next ebay stage!

Well done everyone else too, this is all being done before christmas which is a tough time for everyone, so imagine what we would be like in the new year!

    We should run the treasury!

    lol
  • Loan payment out today, another £162 off the debt. New total for me:

  • Feel like I am limping along while so many of you are charging ahead. I know once Christmas is gone I can pay a lot more, and I feel like I am wishing my time away :o.

Another £2.20 for me this morning. This will be the last day I have to pay £41 a week for DD's preschool which I am very happy about (she is funded after new year). That will give me loads more to pay off my debts.
