2005/2006 ISAs

Can anyone tell me approximately when the new ISA rates come out? And when is a good time to choose another provider without losing too much interest?
I got into a real tangle last year with M&S bringing out a good rate only to be pipped by the Halifax about 3 days later!

The ISA rates change all the time, depending on changes in base rates / money market rates.

Hence since money market rates are in a new uptrend a base rate rise is likely in the near future, and the new ISA rates would probably follow such a base rate rise, thus they are not likely to change before 5th of April 05 (end of current tax year).

Short of any marketing campaign from providers, the rates will be no different. The rates are not issued on a tax year basis but change frequently depending on market conditions, marketing campaigns and if the provider wants to raise capital. Much as deemy says.
