Can anyone tell me approximately when the new ISA rates come out? And when is a good time to choose another provider without losing too much interest?
I got into a real tangle last year with M&S bringing out a good rate only to be pipped by the Halifax about 3 days later!

The ISA rates change all the time, depending on changes in base rates / money market rates.
Hence since money market rates are in a new uptrend a base rate rise is likely in the near future, and the new ISA rates would probably follow such a base rate rise, thus they are not likely to change before 5th of April 05 (end of current tax year).0 -

Short of any marketing campaign from providers, the rates will be no different. The rates are not issued on a tax year basis but change frequently depending on market conditions, marketing campaigns and if the provider wants to raise capital.
