My oldest kitty loves rubbish and went through a spell of bringing cigarette boxes and wrappers home. He will also move heaven and earth for chocolate wrappers. He will sit next to me and wait until I have rolled them into a ball for him to chase around the room. Rustly IKEA bags are also a favourite of his I can't think of anything that he dislikes. Well, things other than rainy weather
My girl kitty just loves my bed. Oh, and she is partial to the odd crisp.
Our youngest kitty loves icing. Iced cakes have to be hidden otherwise he will have it and be on a sugar rush all night long. He loves roast chicken and will hang around the kitchen should he get a whiff of a bird roasting. He loves wooden pegs and digging my house plants up.0 -

Ant, I heart your cats, most gorgeous!Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind. They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. So I talk to the cats instead.0

The wierdest things the dog loves are egg boxes (carrying it around looking proud then shredding and eating it!), and the noise you make when you blow over the top of a bottles - it drives him nuts with happiness! empty pop bottles are also a big hit, but im fairly sure this is a normal dog thing.
The cat hates plastic bags but loves paper bags, likes sitting on anything on the floor that isnt the floor itself, and goes nuts for any kind of bread product, especially croissants.0 -
my cat loves sitting in my eco shopping bags - not fussed about the material but they must be able to stand up on their own - in the middle of the living room floor directly in front of the tv.
we (as in my every so slightly weird OH, i just observed) discovered at the weekend he hates it when you make a didgeridoo noise, as in cupping your hands around your mouth and going "waaaah waaaaah waaaaah". won't bat an eyelid if a recording is played to him (we did tests with the laptop) but will run to the other side of the room if you start actually making the noise. oddly enough, doesn't mind humming so no idea what's going on there.when the first cup of coffee tastes like washing up she knows she's losing it

Used to have a cat who absolutely loved prawn crackers - you'd hear him crunching away like nothing else.
Lunatic greyhound loves bread... so much so we've joked we should rename her Hovis. If you're making a sandwich you do so at your peril as if you blink she'll have nicked half the breadbun - cue many mornings of hubby making work sandwiches and having to chase the hound around the lounge as she triumphantly bears a bun-lid in her mouth, followed by the other dog wondering what's going on (all it needs is the Benny Hill music to finish the effect).
She also likes to lick shoes - she's never happier than when she's stolen one slipper or trainer, taken it to her bed and is blissfully licking away at it - to the extent that she rearranged all the shoes in the shoerack and hubby managed to go to bed in one work shoe and one trainer blaming the hound for this! (Normal people check they've put matching shoes on... not my dear other half apparently).Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0 -
Truffle loves the cardboard middle of the toilet roll. He runs around like a looney with it, throwing it in the air. When I am in the bath he sticks his head in the bubbles and then when I get out he goes demented trying to like all the bubbles.0

My Ginny cat loves spicy Doritos, and licks up and sauce left on a plate after tea! she licked my boyfriend's lips the otehr day after he had been eating pate!!
she loves it when i hang the washing outside for some reason, she will always appear when I go outside and start pegging, i give her a peg to play with and she likes that too!
she LOVES my hair elastics, I now have hardly any left as she steals them off my dressing table and takes them downstairs to play with..so cute though so I can't be mad!
my old cat used to love it when my mum bled the radiators..she would rub around the key and the rag my mum used and purr!! might have been the warm water?!0
