Thank you everyone for this thread! you made a big difference to mine and my family's life this year.. even tho i did go quiet. I will explain :-)..
I've never had any left over money and we had terrible electrics in our house that were a death wish!! from allyour tips posts and help i was able to get my mind in the right place and i saved, scrimped,wrote things down, bought 10p bargains, used coupons, ebayed,used fb seller pages and i managed to save £7000.00 i was out of this able to get my whole house re-wired :-) paid for us to stay in cheap £29.00 hotel deals while it was being done ( had a new born baby and 6 year old) and no one local to have us. We havent taken out any credit and we are coping on one wage while im on maternity. I never imagined this was possible!! so a massive thank you :-) we are now safe i our house and my next 12 months will be spent, doing the place up on a budget, and paying the debts off xxx0 -

Thanks Rising :-)) im back on this group lol.. i need to save save save... i am with the hospital for weight problems..and i start the hospital diet tommorow..no food for one month, just milk... frugal i think lol...im very scared! x0

Cherryjack - what an achievement! Be very proud of yourself. I'm sure you will rise to the challenge of the diet even though you feel daunted by it at the moment. We'll all be looking forward to your posts & you know you will have plenty of support & encouragement hereSmall victories - sometimes they are all you can hope for but sometimes they are all you need - be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle0
