You're missing the point! They chose to go there because the listing said it was in perfect condition. They had the common sense to then speak to the seller directly who confirmed the good condition. Are you saying that everyone should always assume the seller is lying about the condition and never go and purchase an item?! The likes of Autotrader, free ads and the like would suddenly go out of business with no-one ever going to view/buy an item!!
