I would agree with virtually every word in your post - my banking career started in the late 70's/early 80's and I have seen massive changes since then ( the people I've stayed in touch with since I left think I'm the lucky one:o ). Given this knowledge, why are you surprised at the treatment you have had from Nationwide?
