Are you still able to use 1899, 18866, etc. and will CPS remain active?

It sounds like US4 called BT and was offered a (fairly standard) £3/month off their monthly line rental for 12 months. That'll be paid as a £36 credit on their next bill.

As such, there's no change in the ability to use override providers like 1899, 18866 and 18185.
