Is that directed at me or someone else in this thread?
(I couldn't find an emoticon to distinguish a genuine question from an "Are you looking at me?" type question, so please take it as a simple question)0 -

Don't be rediculous. Please hunt through the threads on this forum before spouting this nonsense.0 -
I know there are a lot of different opinions with regard to feedback and who should leave it first, I think most sellers don't care UNTIL they themselves get stung by a buyer who pulls the "I'll leave you a neg if you don't do what I want" stunt in one form or another, this then makes the seller more wary next time round.
Personally, I'd go for the "if you can't think of anything nice to say, don't say anything at all"0 -

If you hold this view you have never been held to ransom by a buyer promising you poor feedback.
As has been covered on here ad naseum those of us that sell a bit normally have a buying and selling account. a poor feedback rating on a seller account leads to poorer sales and buyers can vote with their feet.
As a seller I have no choice who bids on my items (with the small exception of of those dumb enough to be in negative territory) and as such a negative for a buyer is of little or no consequence.
EBay themselves state that the buyer should leave feedback first.
As a seller I expect a buyer to signify (normally by leaving feedback) that the transaction is at an end and they are happy.
Just wait till as a seller you are stung and then you will see.0 -

That would be too easy for Ebay!!
It's also common sense!!
If it doesn't make any money for Ebay why would they even be remotely interested in customer satisfaction!!!:):)

I Dont Agree With Having To Leave Feedback For Sellers First
If THERE Service Is Rubbish And You Say So With Negative Feedback
They Will Post Neg To You...they Hold You To Ransom So No-one
Gets To Here How Rubbish They Might Be,i Think Thats WrongGENTLEMEN......START YOUR ENGINES0 -
Again its back to trust I thing 99% of buyers and seller have no problems what so ever0
