really?? in what way??

i dont quite see how fatfingers is better when it doesnt do half as many things. theres nothing you can do on fatfingers which you cant do on goofbay, but loads of things on goofbay you cant do with fatfingers. goofbay does everything fatfingers does then a whole lot more (the advanced search is better, the results are quicker, you can view total price and sellers feedback etc.)

on goofbay you can even search for items that are not only spelt wrong they totally FORGOT to put it in! i.e you can search for people selling a playstation that didnt put the word playstation in the title, thats the true way to find the best bargains!! :money:

anyone can be the featured seller i was just first there as i knew goofbay was coming. i know the site developers.

goofbay, bargainchecker, lowcostbid etc all bring back the same items as they all search ebay. if you found loads on 1 you'll find loads on the other its exactly the same results being sent back from the ebay api.

maybe you searched the different sites at different times so some items may not have been listed at the time you searched one?

another eBay search site (along with fatfingers, goofbay et al) is apn which has features not found on any of the other eBay search tools, the main one being the ability to view an items description before leaving the site. As J600 said, these sites use the eBay API (programmer speak!) to get the data back from eBay so it is down to the individual site to have a better way of deciding what a misspelling actually is. So the results for misspelled searches can differ.
