In what connection would I break the speed limit re ebay?

Do you understand what a monopoly is? For example, the competition commission look potential mergers when
Ebay I guess is 75% plus of the online auction market.
A definition of a monopoly in this case would be if Ebay were the only place to sell your used clothing, it isn't by any means. If Ebay had a monopoly they would be stopping you going to a car boot sale, taking it to a charity shop, advertising in a newspaper, going to a clothing recycling centre, etc., etc..
Ebay has a monopoly of Ebay, they are restrictive on selling on Ebay and have charges for selling on Ebay, the way they carry on you'd think they owned the company or something, they use it like a business;).0 -
Whether true or not, the "online auction market" is not so restrictive that a monopoly of it would make any difference, it is a sales platform, one of a myriad of sales platforms.
