I feel I can only post up jobs done one at a time and don't want to post too long a list as I would be overwhelmed.
The industriousness/normality of the housewifery/househusbandry? is incredible.
One job I might tackle is bring flat up to standard instead of getting someone else to do it, this is a monumental challenge.
I look forward to trying to integrate myself with all the domestic love on this thread.
best wishes to all.#TY[/B] Would be Qaulity MSE Challenge Queen.

cally, Hex, valli - Thanks for the comments re: Derby - I'm not fussed about shopping so will look at the Cathedral and exhibitions. I'd love to go to Chatsworth but I won't have the car as I'm going on the train. However, if anyone is in Derby or can get there on Saturday (lunchtime-ish) I'm happy to meet up.
kazw - it's not quite the Pole but is inside the Arctic Circle with the possibility of seeing the Northern Lights! The woman organising it has been before so should know all that needs to be done. I'm leaning towards going ......
Oh and I've just had an email from a lady in Canada whose father was on the same submarine as my grandfather when it was scuppered off Corsica ......
