my partner sold a dress on e-bay,the buyer has now decided 9 days after it was delivered that she is now not happy with her purchase.i don't mind refunding the cost of the item, but if she wants to return it,i believe she should cover the postage, does this sound ok?

If she raises a Paypal/eBay dispute you will be forced to repay the whole cost including the original postage cost. They can't force you to pay for her return costs.0

Lets hope so, cause 45 days would have gone by then.
