Oz tried to make a run for it off a train on Monday. Popped his collar. He fell between train and platform. I threw myself to catch him. Hence lots of bruises.

Uolypool what lovely news, I just popped on to say we were home safe and well, after having a lovely day and lunch out (on us of course) with DS & GF, their flat is coming on a treat now.

Evening all....been missing since Friday, we were in W Cork to celebrate DS1s 40th birthday....good time was had by all, drove home this evening as DD4 had an extremely late night and didn't feel up to the drive....I hate being a passenger so was glad to oblige, not sure exactly how far it is but took almost 3 hours flat out so am now feeling like taking to my bed for an early night.

Haven't caught up yet so hugs to all who are not feeling well for whatever reason...be back tomorrow

    Sleep well and stay safe

  • Uolypool thats fab news, hope the improvement continues.
Lou - You're doing so well, keep coming back on here - your friends are important and can offer so much support.
JackieO - I hope you have all enjoyed your afternoon, happy birthday to your DGS, you must be so proud of him and he's so lucky to have you as a gran.
Hugs to all those not feeling so good.

The tone on here has fallen, all this talk of poo and sore bottoms (Candy)!!

Just back from a weekend in Edinburgh with the girls, we had a fabulous time. Did a bit of mooching around the shops and people watching in a couple of bars! Met up with DS2 and GF last night for a drink which was good too. Travelled by train which is something I haven't done for a good few years and it was great, clean and on time. Had a couple of vouchers we used for food so some OS!

Hope this coming week is good to you, take care. XX
