Yes, iPhone can sync Outlook contacts with iTunes. So you can backup your windows mobile contacts into Outlook, Outlook Express, or Windows Mail for Vista users first, then sync them to your new iPhone using iTunes.
Tools you'll need:
1. Contacts Backup Software to transfer contactsto Outlook or Outlook Express.
2. ActiveSync to copy the contacts backup file to computer.
3. iTunes loaded on your computer (free from Apple) to sync contacts to iPhone.
