Difficult... is the phone still on the website for sale? I ordered the Ice which is still there.. so if they say no longer stock then I will go back to them. Check out if still there and if so email them.Bit of a Florida Fan :j

I thought that once they sent conformation it became a legally binding contract? They have to provides the goods or be breaking the law. I'm not 100% though anybody know?0

Cannot remember their T&C's but they will probably just say the email confirmation is an automated one
Cannot see many people complaining about this to O2 as it has cost no-one anything to apply for an offer that most of us thought their was no chance of receiving0 -

you need to log into your account , select "view my bill" , and i think its the 3rd list along , track my order. click on that , and then your order numebr , and it will show the progress of your order.James thinks worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but it doesn't get you anywhere
