Just got off phone, all ive been told is that i cant lower my tariff, i wouldnt mind cancelling but it'd be £862 and i cant afford that over 6 months. Not been very considerate at all. All I got was 'its because you had an iphone 4'. Had to get rid of that to raise funds.

I have stayed with vodaphone for more than 10 years, and have never had a problem. the customer service people i have spoken to in this time, have been excellent.
