I am with them and are mostly happy although they seem to do a lot more estimated bills than most and as such I had 2 months were they decided to charge me £2500  for a 3 bedroomed house:rotfl: Must be those new straighteners I bought:D Anyway all sorted now but they still owe me quite a lot of money from the estimate system0

I've been with EDF since their days as London Electricity (apart from when a door to door salesman with NPower 'slammed' me and the first I knew was when I got a letter welcoming me to their service, soon cancelled that!)
It may be worthwhile pointing out that as far as I know, and I could be wrong, but only two comparison sites - Simply Switch and USwitch include the online tariffs. I always check every few months to see that I am still with the cheapest, and I use both these comparison websites, but many sites don't include the online tariffs.
I only had one problem which was in the very early years of switching suppliers (this was at the time most people had problems, so what I'm saying is don't be put off by this). It took about 3 months to transfer me over, and I was told it was an admin error by London Electricity. They credited me back the equivalent of my winter gas bill though to say sorry, and that's the only time I've ever really needed to speak to them. With the online stuff for EDF, they tend to take a couple of days to give you an answer to any questions you have, but if they come up cheapest on the comparison websites for you, this is still a no-brainer for me.
Edit - just seen the comment by Nelski, yes they do use estimated bills and once put my monthly bills up to about a third more, so you do have to make sure when a bill comes in that you post your meter readings online to get an accurate bill, and monitor your bills just to make sure they're not over-estimating - money's better in your pocket than theirs!0 -
I get estimated bills as well as actual meter read bills, I have my meters read 1 - 2 times a year. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0

When I changed to London Energy Online it was via Energhelpline.
None of the switching sites are offering EDF Online tariffs.0 -

Are you sure you want to fix prices to 2010 with likely price cuts being talked about for Spring?0 -

I just switched via the Energyhelpline link on this site and was able to switch to the Online tariff v5.1, which was the cheapest recommended to me.0
