I'm guessing it'll be nearer 8am, like the phoneline.

Sat with my wee list of suitable dates and times, sad I know :)

Ok, I'll nudge you if you drop off, and you nudge me if I do :) If we both do, then we're scuppered.

Something that puzzled me, I'm thinking if you want to book a return journey you need two sets of tokens on two seperate vouchers. The Daily Mail the other day had prices for return journeys given all round the article, but the site only really talks about one way.
  • Still not able to book Virgin. Roll on 8 o`clock.
  • It's now available for booking, although it's very limited from what I can see.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Virgin seems very poor. Every journey I type in to Leeds from Banbury says not in promotion!
  • I had the same problem with Oxford to Glasgow. Eventually went for Birmingham to Glasgow which I found, first class for £15.

My friend has got Oxford to Manchester in March for £22.50 return (first class outward/ standard return, although that leg includes a bus service).

I tried Glasgow to Manchester which was fine for the outward journey, but it seems there are no trains at all running on the Sunday I'd need to get home again. National Express do that journey for £11 single, I may be tempted to use them to get back home although it's 5hrs on a bus :(

Think I've got a good deal with my Birmingham to Glasgow ticket. I've never been first class before :)
  • Where are you getting your Virgin discount code from please? The Daily Maill website sends me off to get a Southern one ....
