very odd
I recently renewed my passport and it was delivered by a courier in a car
as was my sons and husbands previously
My hubby met the chap delivering his and said " oh I thought they came by Royal Mail" and the chap said " no, too many go missing - they use us now"
are you sure that Royal Mail was the designated delivery agent?0 -
