CarliTML - just so you're aware you should contact the forum mods before posting as an official rep. Actually it is in your interests to do this, as MSE will verify you really are from Lewin's, and not a competitor posing as you in order to cause trouble.

As for the OP, natural fibres tend to be less convenient than manmade - if the cotton creased, you should see the state of Linen if you even look at it funny ;-)

I stood ironing OH's work shirts yesterday and got to the last one, a new pinstripe one from Matalan. It took 3 going over's with a steam iron and even then still appeared creased. I finally got the damned thing looking reasonable and popped it on a coat hanger to see the immortal words "Easy Iron" sewn into the collar. Never a more ironic statement. I think next time the damned thing comes through the wash I'll have to make it disappear hehe
