I'm no expert but would that twin wall flue be adequate passing through what looks like a timber ceiling bearing in mind the much higher flue temperatures with solid fuel over oil?
I have in fact just had a wood stove installed by a HETAS eng. in place of an oil fired boiler using the same flue but it had to be relined with new ss and all the plasterboard ceiling adjacent to the flue pipe replaced with fireboard.0
