    Under no circumstances whatsoever, respond to boohoo_cshelp's request. They are not allowed to post on this site and have had several accounts deleted. There has been no verification of their identity and they could be scam.

    I know it might be a bit late now, but I would never do business with a company that I could not contact by telephone. Along with the fact their terms and conditions are unlawful, coupled with their extraordinarily unprofessional behaviour on this forum, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

    I wonder if "Hayley" really is from Boohoo and if she is, I wonder if her bosses aware of her appalling lack of professionalism.
