Got my 1st disc yesterday & my evoucher just now, so added it to the amazon account & sent back th disc today so do I just delete the others from my list & cancel now?

I signed uo yesterday using a promo code. I have placed 10 dvd in my list, I thought I would email Lovefilm asking how the voucher think worked. They replied saying I wouldn't be getting my £20 voucher as I didn't use a code when I signed up. This is a lie as I know for a fact I did and remember cutting and pasting the code in. I have given the code i used and am just waiting to see if they will apply the code for me. If not they can get stuffed and I will cancel my subscribtion, their loss as i was going to stay with them because I have a smart TV and I can stream films direct to my tv.

I'm wary of this, I signed up and emailed them to confirm. They claim to get it I need to make the first payment.

Exactly the same thing happened to me, I argued my case and even emailed a copy of the link I followed but they would not have it.
