Yeah, just email them and say you have received your first disc and still have 10 titles on your list, when will you get your voucher.

Emailed them just to get the lowdown and got this reply -

Thank you for your email.

I would like to advise you that if you have followed the instructions in
the promotion, then the free £20 Amazon Gift Voucher will automatically
be sent to you within 30 days from the date the required criteria are
met.

This offer requires you to fulfill the criteria below in order to be
eligible for the free voucher, including:

* Registering for a free trial period,
* Filling in all the required personal information,
* Using the required promotional code OR specific web page to register,
* First time customer,(Who have not had any account before with any of
the rental services powered by LOVEFiLM),
* One dispatch.

If all the required conditions are met you will shortly receive the free
voucher.

TBH I received my first disc this morning and I'm not overly impressed by the service - out of the 11 films on my list they managed to send me one of the 3 'low priority' discs. You'd think they'd want to impress a new customer

Via email. I signed up on Monday of this week. However, you get the voucher from when your first disc is despatched. My disc was despatched on Tuesday so, three days it took for me to get the voucher.

When i did it a few months ago - there is a link to cancel your trail and then you have to phone them to cancel again they try and keep you on for the reasons and stuff! Stand your ground!

Im doing it again as Im at uni so student address this time for my voucher as i used my home address last time a free £40 for me woooppp

I would just like to say thanks to Oliver for the helpful advice. Without your advice, i'd probably still be sat on the phone trying to cancel my account.

Just cancelled, which is out of hours as you said, and took about a minute.
