i bought a car with nac warranty when tried to claim was told because my service and mot was late it was invalid was not told this when i signed up only if i didnt get service mis sold warranty and poor customer service cant get through to nac to query and they have now changed to drive happy wel not many customers are so hopefully people wil find them out stop buying and shut them down rip off merchants if anyone can help would be grateful

While there are very valid points here, and unfortunately they are common to a lot in the trade where customers are absolutely defrauded by meaningless checks that haven't been carried out (the more the checks the bigger the cheques) and failing to bring cars up to spec., two are in my experience wide of the mark.
Those of you who have credit agreements, look at the big, prominent boxes explaining the amounts and the terms. Is there anything to miss?
Does anyone really believe after paying thousands of pounds for a car that it is OK to drive untaxed?
