    thanks everyone.

bitsy - i'm on medication. just anti-d's at the moment. but have been on mood stabilsers. they made me worse, when i came off them i was much more settled. drs are happy to hand out medication to me. seems to be the easiest option for them.

lamewolf - i refuse to see a male dr as well :o my pysch is female, as are my counsellor and cpn. if i need to the gp then i ask for a female.

donny - eating four times a day? :o today i have managed probably about half a small glass of smoothie and half a banana and i was fighting the urge to keep it down :o

cat - i've been there with the drinking. when i first joined this site i was drinking all day, everyday. i was suffering with PND and had walked out on hubby and ds. i was probably drinking like that for nearly a year. it was when my dad died i started chatting with jac, i stopped the drinking. tbh i dont remember much from that time (prob better that way :o) i fall back to it every now and and then but the feeling of disappointing hubby and jac stops me from going too far. i have to say it is a huge temptation at the moment.

think i have remembered everything. sorry if not :(

uolypool - dreadful news, hope you neice is OK, pop on and let us know when you can.

Lou Oh luv, I am not talking a meal, but just trying to get your tummy to expect something more often, I don't care if it is a half of banana 4 times a day, or a Roses chocolate, just a little something more often. Don't forget we want to see you here tomorrow. ((hugs))

So pleased the FIFA has given in over the poppy. I think they may have been a few players short without the compromise. I understand Prince William was very angry about it.

We are travelling to Bordeaux tomorrow (our 38th WA), and then on the Peronne the following day, our neighbours here have never seen the WW1 area of France, so we are having a look around there on Saturday, it will be the day after Armistice Day, so the Thiepval Memorial and the cemetaries should be covered in poppies. I will pop one their on behalf of us all if that is OK with you all. DG

Why is it I have less time now I am retired then when I worked?
  • Thats certainly alright with me, DG.

Uolypool how awful for you all, poor girl. Best wishes from me to you all xxx

beemuzed, are you around? For some reason Ihave been thinking about you a lot today. Hope everything is ok with your son. X

Had quorn shepherds pie for dinner, it was delicious, oh and youngest dont do mash so I never made it before, but ds1requested something new and loved it. I hVe made him a few individual ones for the freezer and made a big pile of pasties and sausage rolls. I am wiped out now, though.
