    It says if I uninstall some of the programmes will not work correctly.

    just un-install windows installer as you can get it back from windows updates I think this is in conflict with the other program then re-install that, when the other program asks you to block or allow click allow. if this does'nt work then un-install the other program and re-install that so that its a new installation of that program you wont lose anything just put things right, oh and I dont have a mic handy but do you have to register for it if so how and where albertross
