horrible new look. they had a good system and replace it in such a way its unfit for purpose. It takes twice as long to navigate around and the site is very slow to respond to a search. I did it on the first day and turned of PC in discuss. I hoped it may have imporved. just tried now. nope its still slow and very unfriendly.0

I agree that it is awful and I cannot view all the products on screen due to their stupid toolbar on the bottom. I cannot just see my swap and save until I click each one, how annoying. Then they have done away with maximiles without any notice or warning! What a disgrace.0

Don't know how easy the new site will be for just that.
Help needed please. I've just been on the new site and can't find a way to just browse, I seem to have to be in one of the stores?
Am I doing something wrong, or is this feature not available on the new site?0 -
My views & feelings about this 'new design' Disgust, Betrayed, Cheated, Hatred, Annoyed, Irritated, Lied to, USED. I'm so angry I'm furiously smoking my self to death. I don't understand ? Or rather I understand perfectly clear. Markert101 Build & establish a fan base then destroy it. It's all to common & seems standard practice to cheat us muthabuckah's out off something good. We need a plan. If we can't have it, Lets destroy it or at least let these vandal's know we ain't buying it. This is the path they have now chosen. Expect it to get worse from here on in. Their just milking the money & disrespecting every user that's helped build that site grow. I know they be watching so you read this from me. This ain't over!
I think Martin should disassociate this site with mysupermarket. They don't deserve it. They have let us all down.. They're now obviously working against us savvy anti consumerists. I'm off to publish reviews to let mysupermarket know that we ain't buying it. Everything on that site is now insulting. Way to dumb it down they only seek to serve the dumb.

However, I am sure that thier techie people will heed the comments here and tweak the site again. If most people don't like the new format they will vote with their feet. I,for one now find it easier to look at each supermarkets website and do my own comparisons. Because of this I have visited Morrisons more. It won't be long before some enterprising soul starts a new comparison site which serves its viewers better!horrible new look. they had a good system and replace it in such a way its unfit for purpose. I hate the new version, for all the reasons above, the toolbar at the bottom annoys me the most, I just find it too cluttered and harder to navigate and slower. The only plus points are the addition of Boots and Superdrug but its a pain having to go back to Health and Beauty on the home page to see them. I have only just gone back to the home page after reading this thread and discovered the Health and Beauty and Wines section. Far to much trouble to navigate, I only used to check for price comparisons not for shopping and have started just going to the individual supermarket sites now due to this. Hope they take note and improve the site as I do miss the old site so much easier to use.0 -
The site is awful, sadly and I have not got used to it with time. No maximiles now either. Where is the incentive to use it?
I have read of another site in the press, http://trolleychecker.com/
This might be useful when it is back up again.0 -
Can't believe anyone thinks the new site is better - it's much much worse.
Seems to be trying to force you to compare an entire basket instead of individual items. Why?
Witness the impossibility of jumping from browsing one supplier to another from a product comparison - used to use this feature all the time, now it's disappeared. Why?
Appears to have been reoriented to suit the supermarkets rather than consumers, which is just terrible - it simply destroys the appeal and usefulness of the site.
Also bloated and slow. Boots and superdrug don't stock many comparable goods, so whats the point?0 -

Thanks libertysurf - had a look, and it says they hope to be back up tomorrow. Only Tesco and ASDA so far, but its a start. Hopefully they can eventually provide what MoneySupermarket don't.0 -
Bump~ Anymore thoughts about the new design ? Love to hear them..0

I still hate it and do not use it to load a shopping trolley any more. I just do a price comparison now and again, and look for top offers. but even that is needlessly slow. So few items seen per screen. it's so 'busy' now, it gives a headache! And no maximiles....
I used to use it for every shopping delivery. I earned loads of miles. I guess mysupermarket did alright out of me too.
So now, how much revenue do they get if people do not use it as much? Will the diminishing cash returns mean a return to what was not even broken?
Please....0
