Shopping in orlando - definately - 3 days wont get much done

4 days at StPete etc - personally too much - when we went to Clearwater beaches were empty

Dont know about public transport but driving is EASY. Get on I4 and keep driving.

One full day in Tampa is Busch Gardens

I would say 5 days in Orlando, that way you can see much more but i suppose it depends on what you're going to be doing. If you like Universal Studios or Disney parks then definitely 5 days. But if your more a sight seeing family then maybe your best with more time in NY and Tampa. Miami is one place not to be missed either...

So i suppose it depends on what you're looking for, Orlando Florida is very busy and a bit over rated if you ask me. NY is best for shopping, lots of bargains there.

You can get quiet periods though. If you are thinking at end of footbal season just remember school holdays at end of May/beginning June and AVOID AT ALL COST 4th JULY!!! BIG BIG BIG US holiday. We went last weekend in November once and thought we had made big mistake (thanksgiving weekend). Come Monday morning the place was deserted. All the American had gone home and the Europenas hadn't arrived for Xmas yet.

Think that might overlap with the backend of school holiday. Primary schools return about the 10th June. Admittedly the week before will be even busier.

You will probably find that you wouldn't have enough time to do everything in Orlando if you went for 2 weeks.

I have always found the parks in Orlando very very clean.....unlike Los Angeles.

And Im not too sure what the previous poster meant by Orlando becoming a little Brit place....its so big! You may never see another Brit!

There is a whole mix of folk from all over the world....and there isnt just British school holidays that make the place busy....June is a good time to go though.
