Hotels - 2nights, 2 people, dinner, b&b from £99

I bumped the original thread from last year about this and it was promptly put into gone but was it any good.

All credit to the OP Cagan.

Peel Hotels offered last year a voucher for 2 people to have 2 nights stay with breakfast and dinner starting at £99, a great gift idea. I called them and they are offering the same again at the same prices.

it is better not to bump very old threads but to start a new one if the offer comes around again after a long time. MSE prefers that threads aren't bumped.

    thanks :)

Well, seeing as no-one above seems to have gone to the trouble to actually quote the info needed, here is the original information - note that this is about last year's offer - have googled but cannot find mention of it this year - but OP for this thread (kerryjayne, above) says it's on again.

[and here's a link to the same offer from the year before that - so it looks like a regular offer, just not widely publicised]

This isn't available online, you have to call the reservations office on 0207 266 1100 to book it, but you can view the 9 hotels available at http://www.peelhotels.co.uk/

You get 2 nights for 2 people in an executive room, dinner each night and English breakfast each morning. Price depends on the month of stay, but starts at £99 in January.

These are really good value, I bought a couple last year as gifts and the great thing is they don't show the price on the voucher so everyone thinks you spent a fortune! Offer expires 31/12/10

Hi, yes you just ask for a voucher for x month. They really do make great gifts and if dates were not available later you can just pay the extra to change to another month.

I bought one as a gift last year - just specified the month I wanted. The voucher arrives with the month valid for on the voucher, no clue as to price paid either . The recipient then phones to book their chosen dates. As far as I remember they can change the month and pay the difference in price.
