I couldn't agree more re handbag - I would have any Mulberry (if I could afford one that is;))

One of my goals for this year was to reduce my mortgage to mid/low 90s....at this rate I'll be lucky to even GET into the 90s!!! I think I'll phone Natw*st today, as I don't even know if interest is charged daily or annually, then I'll spend some time playing around with superspreadsheet:p

    MND - Let's go for 2020 'cos it's got a nice ring to it:D

Thanks Natty - one of my goals this year is not to buy anymore handbags!
I've spent the last hour messing around with my spreadsheet and sorting out the various savings accounts for different things. I'm feeling quite positive and focused, but I guess that could all change if I get distracted....

Not wanting to wish my life away, but I'm looking forward to the 20th of the month so that I can do my money shuffle!!

Hopefully we can both get down to the 90's soon!!!

You definitely will with your super MOPs:T Whereas mine are far to piddley to make any significant dents.

That's a real shame for Mr lula having to go into work - I am still feeling like a bag of crap and am so glad I took an extra 2 days...although will be hit with a tsunami on Monday no doubt:eek:

All of my E-Saver accounts are now showing on my online banking, so I've given them each a name and will transfer some money in to each of them on the next payday.

Thats what it will look like once this mortgage is paid off! Forget pensions, investments etc - I'm just paying off my mortgage so that I can buy lots of handbags!!

So, if anyone would like to see a pic of the dodgy bag that I thankfully managed to get a pristine version of, then google Eggplant Bayswater on images and you will see.......

It's ok if you like that kind of thing. It does nothing for me.
