Thanks Pavlovs - I'm with nationwide and they allow me to name all of my accounts which is great although I'm sure if they other looked they'd think I was nuts if they saw some or the names...... Yes - there was once an account named "handbag fund".

I often change the name of my savings account, although it's more to confuse the bank of my saving intentions....I think I'll change the name again to 'Money Laundering' and see if they get in touch:D

    In bag news......

Still no official news on the dodgy bag that is being inspected.......

Not that I want to open up the whole 'bag-gate' scandal, however have you decided what to do?

Well - in more "bag gate" news.......

They called me earlier and offered me a voucher. I said that a voucher wasn't acceptable and they have agreed to a refund.

So, £542 will be credited to my card at some point soon (hopefully).

Trouble is.......... I always use my credit card for these sort of purchases but then I pay it off straight away. So, I'm going to end up with a big credit just sitting there on my card.

So, I suppose I will need to pay for the food shopping etc with it over the next month or two and then just move the money from my current account to my saves/MOP's as I go along.....

Great result, just shows what a bit of assertiveness does :j.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

If you're using your iPad I'm not too sure if you can as the wee attachment symbol has a red cross through it:(
