We've got a little list of things that we need to do/buy for the house.... it's like painting the forth bridge - never-ending!

But they have a special paint now that is meant to last 10 years :rotfl: at least they have taken the white sheeting down from around the outside and have started lighting it up at night again :D yup you may have guessed, I live quite close!

I would like some of the special paint that lasts for 10 years... we're lucky for it to last 10 months in our house before it's destroyed by sticky fingers....

That said, my Farrow & Ball is holding up brilliantly, I'm super impressed with this paint.

I bought noisette for the kitchen once, thinking it wouldnt show up chocolatey fingers...mmmmmm. I also bought some wipeable paint but when i rubbed it, it got pinker and pinker... then i realised I had literally rubbed it off! (was down to the plaster)

    50p TT's to MOP.
Accounts checked against spreadsheets and all fine.
Seems like ages since I was paid and it's not even the end of March yet... this is going to be a long month financially, especially with school holidays.

DS1 home today (teacher training day) and DS2 at nursery. I'm working form home, but will not spend the whole day working. I reckon I've "one my hours" in the last few days alone...

Need to go food shopping at some point today.

Dinner out with my BFF tonight, looking forward to it as haven't seen her since we did our day to London together.... Think I might pitch the idea of doing it again once the warmer weather finally arrives.

Took the boys to the BMX track today..... It snowed enroute which was not a good start.

Ds1 managed two loops before declaring he could no longer feel his toes and retired to the comfort of the car.

Ds2 just wanted to keep going. He's 3 and can ride without stabilisers.... Watching him go round a BMx track is quite impressive although he sometimes needs a bit of a push from DH in order to get up the steep humps. But then he just flies down them always managing to keep balance and still pedals.

I of course, retired to the car at the same time as ds1. It was sooooo cold.

The rest of the day has been spent being lazy along with a bit of housework. The boys have played with their friends.

No money spent and no desire to spend it. No TTs as the accounts are super tidy!

Dinner last night with BFF was lovely.... Good to have a catch up.
