Just catching up. Sorry about LC, but at least now you know so can stop worrying about it .
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

Exactly, at least we haven't been waiting for ages to find out..... I've put it out of my mind now......

I have lovely new bedsheets to enjoy now anyway, much nicer than a loft conversion (she says, wiping away the tears....!!)

Dinner out with friend was lovely. Decent quality meal at a very reasonable price so can't grumble. We had a few giggles too which is more important that the food.

We're looking forward to our London trip and doing some thinking about what we will get up to whilst we are there.... in a very MSE way of course!

DH paid today, so off to have a look at the accounts again for a little bit more shuffling....

Oooh a day out in London - how lovely. Are you registered with Top Table? Lots of deals to be had with them.

If you're planning to be anywhere near Covent Garden I'd recommend http://www.palmcourtbrasserie.co.uk/. They usually have a Top Table deal on, the food's fab and there's a lovely buzzy atmosphere.

Super, thanks fortune..... We're toying with the idea of a light lunch and then going for afternoon tea, but undecided at the moment...

Looks like free listings this weekend on eBay so I'm going to sort some stuff out and get it on there. I've been saying I'll do it for ages, so it's about time that I did. I don't have piles of stuff but every little helps!!

DH and DS2 have just gone off to do the food shopping, I wonder ho much damage they will do.

Fortune's Lentil Chilli is on the meal plan, looking forward to giving that one a try. Lentils instead of mince will make a nice (and healthy) change..... We'll have it with brown rice one night and then have it enchilada style with some salad a couple of nights later.... Might make a double batch so that i have some to freeze too.
  • Thanks for the FLW tip, will sort that out on Sunday afternoon :)

Enjoy the peace whilst the kids are out.
