Payment straight to mortgage of £250 also.
Still no alcohol.
The sun is shining but it's freezing cold here.
Car in for it's service today - I'm on a service plan, so nothing to pay.
Dinner last night was a cheap and cheerful pasta bake - used some sauce from the freezer, leftover bacon that was approaching its use by date and a lonely green pepper.....
Dinner tonight is pork and chorizo one pot from the freezer.0 -

I'm going to indulge in a hot chocolate.... And put my feet up to watch a couple of episodes of californication, I'm on season 4 now.
We went to ikea very quickly today as I needed some more storage for my office, pretty much stuck to the gameplan. Driving to a meeting tomorrow so mileage will cover the cost of what I bought.
Car went in for service, need to get two new tyres. They quoted £143 each, they must think I'm stupid. We will sort for around a third of the price. Actually, they are the idiots, they did the wrong service, so it's back in on Monday to get the other things done. I wasn't letting them off since its paid for already via my service plan.
Food spends is ticking along within budget....0 -

Bank accounts and spreadsheets updated.
Current Account Tidy's 32p & 85p
Dinner tonight is soup from the freezer and some parbaked bread rolls from the cupboard.
DH is going food shopping later - not a long list, so we should hopefully still be on budget by the time he returns - assuming he doesn't go crazy (which is more than possible).
Working from home again today. Meeting tomorrow a few hours away - I've organised it for 12 so that I should miss the crappy traffic on the way there and back.0 -

Thanks. A little bit of buying/selling of leather goods but that's about it. Some more storage for my office - pretty boring.
No new shoes or coats!0 -
Result, my new office storage is being reimbursed by the company....
Another meeting booked for Monday, closer to home this time so a comfortable 11am meeting time.
Food shop came in on budget..... So still on track.
Car tax reminder came today, so just did it straight away and transferred the money from the car saves account. £100 for 12 months so not so bad.
DH had stitches and plastic splints removed from his nose yesterday so he can breathe a bit better now, I was actually able to sleep without earplugs last night for the first time in a week.0
