Hi all, Hugs to all who need/want one:D
Have spent a ridiculous amount of money yesterday and today:eek:, but have gone from practically empty cupboards/freezers to full to busting ones. The car is full of fuel and a few impotant Christmas prezzies have been bought, so we should be able to have quite a few NSD's in a row now.
I've got a big pan of bolognese simmering away, half for tea tonight and half to freeze, I've cleaned the bath room (well a quick once over anyway) and put away some clean washing. I'm absolutely shattered now and my back/hips are protesting very loudly, but the rest of this evening is laying on the settee knitting a jumper for my mum's Christmas present. Or I may just go for a long bath.
FW- I've nothing helpful to say, just know that we're all thinking of you.

afternoon!
just back from work and the docs and having a cuppa.
The new doc is absolutely gorgeous(swoon swoon) he can examine me any time!:o:D I think even NPM might like him!;) so thankyou to everyne who said to go and see him!:T
He said it might be a number of things, hormonal, thyroid, mineral deficiency or just to do with mood. I'm having a load of blood tests Friday including a fasting one for my cholesteral. My blood pressure was high - he took it twice and gave me a check up. Anyway I feel relieved to have got it over with.
I havent read the thread yet, just thought you'd want to know how I got on x

Don't know what I've been doing today, a bit of gentle pottering I think. Managed to make bread, but then my electronic scales stopped working. Apparently it needs new battery, fancy that, it's never happened before in the 10/11 years I've had it. Shame, I have a glut of eggs and was going to spend a happy day in the kitchen baking.
Never mind, I did a smidgeon of cleaning and a bit of knitting.
Molly: Doesn't it make you want to spit, Do people think that BBs are handed out for fun? Well done LW though, there's more than one way of getting your own back.
RR: How dare they not help your Dad to eat. What are they getting paid for? My DDs home was brilliant. If he was awake when they checked him in the night they would make him a hot drink and a slice of toast. The hospital on the other hand!!!!!!!!
ButterflyB: LOVE IT.
Taplady: Three cheers for a dishy doctor. Glad he is sorting you out.(in a manner of speaking!););)
