But if you're hair is REALLY damaged, see if you can find a cheap Brazilian Blowdry somewhere
That's a bit of a contradiction.
Not only is it a damaging thing to do to your hair, it also uses toxic chemicals.

I have bottle blonde hair and have had for years. It's at its best when I use John Frieda Frizz Ease Miraculous Recovery Strengthening Cream and Masque. It's meant to be a treatment but I just use it as a normal conditioner and it's fab.
Also good is Umberto Giannini Spa Rituals Moisture Replenishing Hair Mask (smells lovely).
These are both around £6 but often on 3 for £10 or similar in Boots.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0 -

It doesn't damage hair. Have you done any research that doesn't involve the daily mail?
Many hair products use chemicals that are toxic - dye, bleach etc and they can cause terrible reactions in people but the reactions are rare and people have to take a calculated risk.
Try it and you will be converted

I don't use toxic crap on my hair. Thanks anyway. If you want to, that's your decision.
Warnings about it are all over the Internet. Even if it wasn't a deadly toxin, it has protein in it. My hair hates protein.
I don't take risks with my health. I only use gentle products on my hair. Try doing that and you will be converted.
Try using Google.

Feelunique, HQhair, Luxaryhair, think Amazon may even sell it. Type it into ebay and at the bottom of the search page you can get a few links, some of them have cashback too so don't forget TCB or Quidco.0 -
Letting vanity dictate how often I exercise is not something I can relate to, either.
Some people exercise less often because they want to wash their hair less often, or keep it from getting messed up.

Others (like me) have different priorities, and wash our hair more often because we want to exercise more often.
It depends what your priorities are. If some people's lives revolve around their beauty routine, that's their business. Mine doesn't. Fitness, well-being and health are more important to me than being able to go without washing my hair an extra day.
I hear ya!
I am now at the stage where if I know I will be washing my hair at a time when I wouldn't normally (for a night out, say), then I will go do some exercise or swim because if I've got to wash my hair anyway, I might as well!0
