If you want us to manually print and send you an invoice via Royal Mail, we do charge you £2 to cover our expenses. This is in line with easyMobile’s philosophy of full transparency of call tariffs and cost.
0800 numbers and Non geographic numbers £0.15
These calls are charged as a normal voice call.
Retrieving Voicemail messages £0.15
easyMobile charges for calls to voicemail because these calls carry the same cost as any other call. This is in line with easyMobile’s philosophy of full transparency of call tariffs and cost.
Refill Please read below.
This fee covers the cost easyMobile has towards credit card issuers and banks. You can refill your account online through your account on our web site, this will cost you 25p, You also have the option to do a manual refill by calling our Customer Service. This cost you a fee of 75p.
New number £3
If you have second thoughts about the number you chose at time of sign-up, you have the option to choose a new number for a fee. This fee of £3 covers our expenses for manually setting up the new number for you. Please note that this fee does not apply when you change to a gold number.
New SIM card £3
If you loose your SIM card and need a new one, you will be charged £3 for this. This covers the cost handling and mailing a new card. The new SIM card will have the same mobile number as your old SIM.
Account blocking fee £5
easyMobile allows customers to have a negative balance of up to £10 for up to three days. But we will tell customers in advance that their account balance is close to zero. Warning will be sent by email and SMS. easyMobile believes this is a good service for customers, however if your negative balance remains for longer than 3 days, or you exceed the £10 limit you risk having your account restricted which will cost £5 to restore full service.
Reopen a lost or stolen phone £5
If you have recovered your phone after having it reported as lost or stolen we charge you a fee to reactivate your phone. This fee covers our expenses regarding reactivating your phone.
Data Calls per minute (to UK networks) £0.15
Price per minute to any UK mobile network or fixed line.
Change of ownership. £10
easyMobile charges this fee to cover the expenses that we will have, if you want to change the ownership of your account. The fee is due to manual work we need to make in order to change the owner.
Roaming and calls to overseas locations
Calls to and from another international country (Roaming) is not currently available but will be available before the end of April.

Withdrawal of funds from your account £5
If you cancel your subscription with easyMobile and have a remaining balance you want to withdraw, it will be subject to a £5 fee, which covers our cost in relation to paying you the money by cheque, bank transfer or by credit card.
Exceptions
In the event that your usage is below £5.00 over any given 3 month period (i.e. if you actual usage in the months April, May and June is 4.99) we will charge you a fee of £ 0.75 which will be deducted from your account balance. We do this to ensure that accounts that are not used eventually will terminate. This is in line with our commitment to all of our customers of keeping costs to a minimum and for the full advantage to customers that actively use our service.W00t!0 -

The 5p/min is based on "Equivalent call rates based on current double top-up promotion". Any idea what that means?.

They give you the promo rate for 30 days from the date you top up.
The offer is for top ups between now and June 11. (Minimum top up is £10)0 -
the £ 20 top up works as follows: the first £10 within 30 days the second £10 has NO TIME LIMIT.i double checked in store !
Fresh is excellent value for money,BUT their balance enquiry system is diar.
i enquired in 2 c.p.w. stores the first said the 0800 balance number is chargeable from a fresh line .the second said it wasnt. when you do get your balance ( by return text message ) it is totally confusing and not up to date.
