I think an ebay listings day is in order to make a bit of extra cash, starting with sending my OH to take a dress back for me today, the zip broke the first time I tried it on today, it's been sat in my wardrobe a while waiting for me to wear it, if anyone can get a refund he can!!

No refund, but a new dress! Bless him for trying with a 3 month dress!

The calculations are as follows for paying off the Next Debt, I thought I would start with the smallest first to motivate me, so I need to pay off £1000 if I round it up so 1% of that id £10. I have made a chart up of 100 boxes and each time I pay £10.00 off the debt I will cross a box off, I need to make some money in order to do this so the challenge is finding things I can make £10 on, I will need to list some things on ebay and am going to aim for after Xmas as the date for the debt being cleared, so just before the new Year then I can start on a bigger one. So today I have been in touch with a scrap metal merchant to see if he wants to buy the old aerial sky cables that have come off the house as the process of building the wall is taking place and a grate from the new woodburner which is broken and need replacing. I am also going to trawl around the house for loose pennies etc and pay them into the bank tomorrow. My sister has also invited me down to a craft fayre near her so that should help pay off some of it, just need to make some things to sell and in order to do that I need to buy some things, speculate to accumulate!!!, right then I need to get thinking!!! any ideas are welcome xx

Managed to find two plastic bank bags of 1p's and 1 bag of 2p,s, going to get the bank to weigh them to see how much it comes to, not £10 but a start!:T:T

Whoop! £5.17! paid it into the bank just need £4.83 now to get my first 1%

Just been to Mr T and stuck to what I needed, loo rolls, washing powder and fabric conditioner, not tempted by anything else, which makes a real change, actually looked at the price per litre of stuff too and got more for my pennies x

Tax credits have arrived in my account today, which is 1/4 of the amount I need to pay the builder, the OH says he will lend me £500 towards it so I am half way there, just need to make sure I dont spend anything now.

The trying to knock down the next bill isnt going too well, after consideration I really need to pay for the wall rebuild first, this may sound strange, but I'm so glad its raining as they cant put the weatherproof sheild on and bill me, which buys me a bit of time. I have started budget brain again, trying to work out how I get it to show the totals for just the last three months of this year, so I can estimate next years outgoings. I will try working on that today. Our Sky connection has failed, which is a massive pain, I only use it for the freeview and can't afford for someone to come out to repair it just now, so we are watching everything on the iplayer, which isnt too bad. Planning a lazt day today as i have been exhausted for most of last week, had some blood tests and the results should be back today. Hopefully it will be a NSD xxx

Just listed 15 items on Ebay, first time I have done this in ages, already got a bid and some watchers, I had forgotten what a buzz it gives you.

Now up to 25 items listed and a few are selling - which is great. Blood results back from Doc, Liver is fine, blood count is low, so I'm always going to feel exhausted, I can live with that as long as I don't ever have to have treatment again. Just made the most beautiful crumble topping out of left overs, shortbread biscuits, meringues, golden caster sugar and oats, SCRUMMY!
