A big spend day today as its my sons birthday, a whole 19 years! He wanted cash, so it took a bit of shuffeling around this morning. I wrote to the Tax Credit section yesterday as I just couldnt get through on the phone, made them an offer of £20.00 per month. I got home to a gas bill of £42.00 which is quite small! and a request from son#3 for £40.00 deposit for a school trip, luckily his dad paid it but I still need to find the other £110.00.
Porridge for breakfast today, bought by my lovely OH! I bough fresh orange into the offioce from home too!
Might need to pop out and get headache tablets at some point though. Take care xxxx

Yey a letter from Childbenefit reinstating the second payment for a year with a refund of £40.20.

Things I need to do this weekend
Go for a walk and a picnic with the dogs tomorrowWe had a great time, waterfalls and little rivers to splash in!

See if I have any ticket bookings for the Afternoon tea event I'm holding2 definates and 6 possibles

Go to a friends birthday celebrationWhat a lovely evening with some great people
Carboot on Sunday - Last one of the season
Buy Icecream and get cakes out of the freezer for our family birthday celebration
Host a full on Family Roast Dinner!!Enough left overs for today!
Have a try of Wii yoga!??!Did 2 hours in total of exercise and an hour and a halfs walk with doggies
Put some money in a sealed jar for xmas, Ho! Ho! Ho!:xmastree:Not going to be able to do this just yet as I got the estimate to repair the front wall of the house £1800 eeek!

Well after finding out that the repairs to the front of the house are £1800 I am today going to be focussing on how to get that money together, hopefully post some ideas later

We managed to sell £150 of things using the facebook sale page, it's really good, there is probably one in your area, then I went and spent it on the same page on a wood burner, we have all the fittings here for one, just hoping it turns out to be a cost effective investment x

Pay day today so I have paid the following
£150 off CC
£110 off Next
£120 Council Tax
£20 parking for van

I also need to pay off a College trip of £75 and another of £26 (Paid!), and the mortgage of £755.
Chimney sweep coming on the 6th in preparation for the woodburner to be fitted, that is £40.00.Booked for 6th £40
I was planning to go to a school reunion this weekend,Cancelled) over 90 miles away, I might have to give this a miss as my budget this month is stretched as tight can be and I still need to find the pennies for the wall repairs. EEK! It's all a bit frightening, but needs to be done before winter.

You'll love having a wood burner - best thing we've every bought for our house. So cosy on winter evenings and I swear they make wine taste better :rotfl:

Well the removal of all the mortar between the bricks starts today, I'm so glad I'm in work, I have -£965 in the bank and need to raise approx £2,000 within 5 weeks, anyone got any ideas, I dont have anything left to sell and am a bit scared now!

I am going to try the 1% method see if that works, now I just need to find the link on here
