still waiting for the CSA payment - although I have had a text to say it's on it's way.
I have made another doll and half of the next one.
I haven't paid anymore off cc yet but have made mortage payment, overpayment and paid the loan so I just need to pat CC and then I'm on target.
not much more to report today x

Horray Horray! CSA arrived a week late, so I've updated my CC total, I made some money on ebay sales too but need to work out how much then divide it between 3 piggy banks!
I am really enjoying filling in the budget planner this year, I have changed all the categories from monthly to yearly so at the end of the year i will have a really accurate SOA, It quite scary to see how much money has been spent in the first 1/4, we waste alot eating out, but I have friends who eat out several times a week, and we take it in turns, I am wondering whether we should just each pay for our own as i never have a pud and have tap water, it's how to broach the subject though, do I just say I'm skint and can't afford 4 bottles of J20 and 2 puddings???? Actually I think thats what I'll do but not quite so bluntly:rotfl:
Going to put the two completed dolls on ebay today and see what happens:eek::eek::eek:

I would go for the blunt and honest approach, if your all eating equal then yep share the bill, but when your be money savvy, in this day and age you have to look after the pennies.

I remember yrs ago there was a group of us would go out once a month and do the rounds, i use to drink pints, but others were on halves, so i use to have halves when they paid and pint when it was my round, this one time, there was a new girl with us I didn't pay any attention to what she was drinking, so asked and she said malibu and pineapple juice... ok... next round was hers she went to half a lager, there was 4 of us that ngt, and everytime it was her round it was lager, so next time it was my turn I got her half a lager, her face dropped and she said I wanted malibu + pineapple, so straight faced, I said oh just that you'd been drinking lager for the last round, so I just followed with that! her face was a picture, she never pulled that stunt again!
    xx

if there true friends they won't be offended, for us thiswe cut some of the xmas + bday list down, said family buy the grandchildren but not everyone else as it works for xmas, and one of the relatives said thats brilliant, I wanted to say it but didn't want to offend anyone.

I would bet a penny to a pound, they wouldn't give it 2 thoughts.

People laugh at me at times for being so organised - hit boots 75% sale, buy throughout the yr, and one friend asked me how I did it, so I set her up spreadsheet, gave her all my top tips, and how much I saved, she did it last yr and they saved enough for the 4 of them to have a weekend away. xx
