Good morning all, hope you are all well x

DD at home today, she's a bit better but I didn't want to risk the school phoning again, and they have swimming this afternoon, which I didn't want her to do today anyway.

Have done very little today apart from get showered and feed me and DD.

DDis still in bed so I have no excuses. Think I'll finish my cuppa and get on with the dailies at 11 and then have a look at what is left on my list. So HHC at 11???? Join me if you can......

Sorted recycling
Cleared drainer
Reshiffled airers, rads etc
Collected laundry
Wm x 1
Cleaned out cupboard where the washing powder box had got wet & stuck
Got rid of the manky looking pumpkin
Cleaned kitchen sink

I've been following for a couple of weeks but this is my first post!!

Monday - Bathroom, shower room, toilet

Level 1
[STRIKE]Clear and mop the bathroom floor[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Clear and wipe window sill
Clean toilet[/STRIKE]
Level 2
[STRIKE]Clean all plug holes and the plugs themselves~ use gloves if needed.[/STRIKE]
Check seal and grout, clean if need be, replace if need be
Level 3

Remove all dirty laundry & wash
Empty bin and wash out[/STRIKE]
Decant any half bottles of bubble bath and such like, chuck out empty bottles
Scrub shower tray, into all the corner with an old tooth brush

Declutter mission

All bits of soap and such like, fling, unless you are the crafty type and can make into a new soap block.

Tuesday - Landing, hallway, spare room, office or other room you haven’t cleaned in a while

Level 1
[STRIKE]Remove clutter off floor and rehome / recycle
Clean floors
Removed any cob webs [/STRIKE]
Level 2
Remove any sticky finger marks from stairs / walls
Clean lamp shades
Is spare room going be to used over Christmas, if so do you know where bedding and such like is?
Level 3

15mins you time doing what ever you like

Declutter mission
Fling all that clutter no excuses


Wednesday - Kitchen

Level 1
[STRIKE]Wipe over surfaces
Clean toaster / kettle / microwave[/STRIKE]
Level 2
Clean lights, take care please, no falling off steps or ladders
Clean tablecloth
All junk off table and rehomed.
Level 3

Clean out fridge, out of date / fluffy food bin
Clean extractor fan and replaced filter.
Clean out a cupboard you have been dumping stuff in

Declutter mission
Chuck out all old dish cloths / j cloths / such like that are manky

Chuck out all ‘going’ rusty / split kitchen utensils, buy new ones


Thursday - Airing cupboard, kids room,
Level 1

Get everything out of airing cupboard, sort out, put back what you actually need, recycle / rehome as need be. - no airing cupboard!
All plates / glasses out of kids room - no food allowed
Empty all bins

Level 2

Get kids (age suitable) to help sort out toy box / wardrobe) - did a charity shop bag in the kids room yesterday
Read to kids / get them to read to you for 20 mins - we do reading everyday
Strip bed and wash any bedding

Level 3

Dust shelves
[STRIKE]Check kids/ OH’s / Your wellington boots fit and are water tight no splits, replace now before there is a shortage if needed[/STRIKE] - we all have ne wellies

Declutter mission
Pair up all odd socks, declutter the rest to recycling / nursery / sock puppets etc

Friday - Living room, dining room

Level 1

[STRIKE]Declutter the floors
Toys rehomed to boxes / bedrooms
Clean floors[/STRIKE]
10 mins you time

Level 2

Make phone calls
Tidy clutter of dining room table
Clean insides of 3 windows.

Level 3

Check curtains have all hooks and close correctly to keep out the cold
Polish photos / pictures
Dust dragons!
Get gas fire serviced if required.

Declutter mission
Chuck out all old magazines you have read / been hording to the local hospital / doctors / old folks home / recycling

Additional item:- clean all the cleaning equipment:- brooms, dust pans and brushes, dustbagless cyclinders.

Thanks for the company!

DS's room is dusted and his window cleaned so it's ready to vacuum. I have just popped down to zap a spud for lunch - three mins in the MW then finish off in the oven;)
going to dust landing, make my bed and DD's (don't normally do theirs but I want to say upstairs is done;) - my room's fine as I did it at the wekend - then I shall vacuum all through upstairs and do the bathroom.

So in my HH I
dusted DS's room
took the stuff to the compost and put caddy to soak (in rainwater from the butt)
brought black bin in - smelled foul so flung a few gallons of rainwater in, swished it and it's now drying - it wasn't dried on stuff just 'bin juice' ewww
started on a frog...

Morning all

Well yesterday I blitzed the kitchen - that was awesome and actually kept it up today with a S&S :j I did not do any table related flying because that area's in the lounge and worth probably two whole other rooms LOL
Had a mad min outside and sorted the garden furniture, raked the leaves and cleared chicken and dog poop :j
Having to look after MiL's kitty as well so keep popping up there. That cat hates me!! Ahh well I'll keep trying to be friends. It actually purred at me before trying to bite me today??? Odd critter.

So today's plan (as there is no airing cupboard and no kids rooms):
Make bread.
fetch DH early (YAY )
remove everything from the table and at least sort it into piles that can go into the room they live in.
Perhaps sort the laundry mountain in the spare room
Change the bedding
and if IF there's any time left I'll fettle some more chrimbo cards

Hugs sticks and spoons all round.
Need to go and make my yeast fizz before the water goes cold x

Check over store cupboard for food, add basic food stuffs if needed
Do a meal plan for the next week, using up freezer / cupboard stock
Do 2 items off your frog list (items 6, 9)
Check shed is tidy, oil hinges / lock, where is the key to the lock
Make 20 min for a home made spa / face mask / you time
Drag out everything from under the bed storage unit or similar, sort out, rehome / freecycle anything you have not used for a while / don’t need.
Make those appointments you have been putting off, ie doctors / dentist / hair / vets / bank.
Check all smoke alarms work
Add 5 items to this list of your own, that are achievable this week.
