Thanks.. i'll be putting serious thought to going to court over it.. She cannot raise that child, especially with her family around her.

If i ring Jeremy Kyle then it'd end up in newspapers, and then i'd never get a job anywhere,, I'm lucky to have the one i have now.

And i think there is definately a case for it

Yes, but i can't argue with him.. the last time i disobeyed what he said (which i wish i had, because he told me to move away from her house and break off all contact with her) he beat me black and blue..

Yes i did, and it came to 1600 pounds a year, but i don't have a stable job, or a stable home, or anything..

TBH you haven't made this easy on yourself:

Well.. i certainly learned a few things..

Protection was always used.. but since i left her i've abstained from any sexual contact.

I decided i wasnt ready..wish id made that choice earlier
